1. Service Nature

GrabTheSpot provides digital advertising services and platform access. Due to the nature of digital services, purchases may not always be eligible for refunds once the service has been delivered, activated, or consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment processed but the service was not activated
  • Technical error on our side preventing service delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. We may request additional information to verify and process your request.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

In general, refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:

  • The advertising spot or campaign has already been activated
  • The campaign has already started or run for the agreed duration
  • The service has been used, consumed, or fully delivered as described
  • Refund requests made outside the specified time window

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
